from a warehouse on the North Shore.

keep costs down we have no retail outlets. We sell by direct mail and have a
wholesale showroom at our warehouse. We specialise our products for one type
of specific client. Our client base is normally professional business people
who own or operate their own entertainment business in New Zealand and Australia.
We
strive to offer each and every client, the best variety of backing tracks and
associated entertainment equipment to satisfy their business needs. Just as

Our core products are commercial entertainment equipment and software. Our website
is updated with new backing track releases, special sale items and information
on new products as they become available (often daily).
Our
Currency:
All products listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars and do not include
postage. We endeavour to find the most cost effective freight option for you.
Guarantees
Returns/Refunds:
LASER DIRECT sells products to professional business owners throughout New Zealand
& Australia. We are governed by New Zealand Law. By purchasing from LASER
DIRECT you agree with our terms of business. The Consumer Guarantees Act (faulty
goods or goods failing to meet description to be repaired, replaced or money
back) and The Fair Trading Act applies.
LASER
DIRECT'S guarantee is designed as an intricate portion of our superior client
service. Most returns to LASER DIRECT are genuine and a refund is often approved
immediately. However our guarantee does not entitle you :
To
buy backing tracks for a weekend gig and want to return them on Monday - Purchase
a collection of discs with the intention of illegally recording the product
claiming you didn't know any of the songs, or claiming the songs are no good
and you could do better! Our guarantee is not a lifetime guarantee against defects,
scratches from use and wear of the product in the field. We do not refund on
backing tracks but will consider a credit or refund on faulty discs (lyrics
out of sync or badly mis-spelt lyrics etc). if you are not satisfied with your
disc purchase let us know. Any other similar circumstances presented to us in
the future.Finally we do not offer a change of mind policy so please insure prior to purchase that you are happy with your product or music selected.
However,
our guarantee and return privilege can be easily abused. Therefore we reserve
the right and privilege, at our discretion to assign a 15% restocking fee upon
receipt and inspection of any return.
Stock
Items:
Current items are generally in stock and ready to dispatch immediately. 95%
of all orders are dispatched same day or next business day and will be complete.
When you order from us on-line we will email you of order status and obtain
your credit card details by phone. We will always inform you if we are out of
stock and give you the option to have your items backordered. All products are
listed ex: postage. Split shipments do incur double postage charges but we will
give you several options before sending.

If ordering discs state the code number of the disc(s) and format (CDG, VCD,
DVD). If you are not sure which format you should be ordering click here.Or,

Of Payment:
There are no minimum order requirements at LASER DIRECT. We accept Visa, Mastercard
& American Express. Eftpos is available at our warehouse in Auckland. All
pricing is in New Zealand dollars. We have EASY PAY terms for businesses in
New Zealand (please ask for an application form).

All information supplied to us is confidential and not passed on to any third

Complaints:
If for any reason you have a complaint, please contact us by phone, fax or email
and you will receive a telephone call with-in 2 working days.
